What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. All returns require an RMA which we will issue after you have contacted us. Please note there are no returns on clearance items. See our Return Policy tab for full terms and conditions.
My tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it in my mailbox. Now what should I do?
After an order has left our warehouse, we have no control over the packages. Rarely, a package is marked delivered but is not received by the customer. A few things may have happened:
1. The package is still en route and was incorrectly marked "delivered" by USPS. This is the most common occurrence. Give the package a few more days to get there (we have had packages show up over a week later than it was marked "delivered").
2. If the package has still not shown up, we recommend checking with your local USPS branch. They can usually provide GPS coordinates of the last place the package was scanned, and whether or not it was scanned for delivery at your true delivery point.
3. The package was delivered but may have been stolen. In this case, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency.
4. If you don't believe the item was stolen, you can contact USPS directly to file a missing package report.
Once the package leaves our shipping center, we have no control over the package and USPS will need to be contact directly.
International orders switch to the local country's postal system once leaving the US. You may need to check with your local postal system for up to date tracking information. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped internationally and they will not be replaced.
Please note, all orders ship USPS, and for international orders, switch to the local country's postal system after leaving the US.
My discount code isn't working. Can you please advise?
Please note that select discount codes do NOT work on discounted or sale items. Please double check that the items in your cart meet the requirements for the particular discount code you are using.
Do you sponsor athletes?
Not at this time, but we appreciate the interest!
Do you have a store front?
We do not! Our sales are fully online (aside from pop-ups at fitness events!)
What is your relationship with Belle & Bell / Tilove Designs?
We started this venture in 2016 with our small company, Tilove Designs. What started as an Etsy shop selling coffee mugs quickly grew to much more, and seen we found ourselves in the apparel business! We made the decision to acquire Belle & Bell in 2017, and in the process, shut down Tilove Designs. We moved our favorite female designs to Belle and Bell, and have now finally launched Iron Bell to take care of our male community!
